What I could imagine happening is that Ken doesn't realize that the spell becomes permanent due to sex, and causes himself and his brother to become stuck within each other's bodies! Joyce doesn't know this, of course, as she only believes that the swap is for the weekend. Despite Ken's attempts to inform Joyce, Joyce just thinks that it's Ken's younger brother wanting to switch bodies with Ken again to get more time in bed with her.
