I thought you were gone for good. Its awesome to see you back! Yours was the first blog of this type I ever looked at it and I love to see more from you, if you're willing.
I thought I was gone for good too. I'm so dang tired... but it just made me sad thinking I'd be leaving this weird (in a good way) and anonymous community behind.
Glad to see you posting again! I actually stumbled across your blog from google back in 2012 and found out about captions. To this day you’re still one of my favorite captioners.
It's been just two days and a very long year between this and the last post. Glad you're back.
I'm not so glad about the therapist having to deal with her new problems. Although she still has a long life to get over those problems. The one stealing the old body may have taken a shortcut to happiness but also one towards the grave.
I just hope your constant tiredness isn't something physical as well (like an aftermath of an infectious disease or something else growing uncontrollably). I love what you bring to the mix and would hate for it to be lost permanently to us.
You aren't wrong about that take on the therapist, friend. Wild how I magically made my way back to this blog after the year hiatus. Didn't intend on a whole year, but I think it was a mix of depression (if I'm honest), busyness, and feeling unsure how to handle *this* part of my life and my identity.
I also hope my tiredness isn't something chronic, but I appreciate your compassionate words so so much! Words like those are what make me want to return here to attend to the few people who can find some kind of satisfaction from my work. It's a crazy world out there, so I really do want to make folks like yourself feel better while in it.
Welcome back!
ReplyDeleteThank you!

ReplyDeleteFor now indeed. Hopefully for a long while!
DeleteSuper interesting! Don't think I've seen a younger person steal an older body like this before.
ReplyDeleteYeah, it just happened to work out that way with the pics, but I agree it's rarer!
DeleteWelcome back! I missed your captions.
ReplyDeleteYeah, I also missed making them. But I missed the feeling that I was making people a bit happy more.
