Interesting power. The pitfalls would be annoying though. Calling grandma obviously is something to be avoided but what if he called Piper and her mother or father answered the phone or just took the phone to say Hi? I get spam calls from people speaking Chinese, that could be a difficult 5 hours.

DeleteI answered stranger since I had a spam call just an hour ago, a young sounding woman trying to sell me a car warranty for a car I no longer own. Horrible job IMO, I've been off wok for a month as of today but I'm getting paid, awesome employer who made that commitment before stimulus checks or extra unemployment payments were even considered.

ReplyDeleteLike, he listens to a voice mail he recorded of himself, thus locking himself into his own form for 5 yrs? Then he can call anyone and not change.
He could also save voice messages from people he wants to turn into. He could pull clips from YouTube or the TV and play them into his voice mail, then call the voice mail and change into any actor or actress . . . yeah, lots of options with this curse.
Yeah I was thinking more about the rules of this as I was trying to see who I would transform into in my life, and I was noticing there could be so many options and loopholes, really. Personally I'd be calling people all the time if the voice mail loop hole didn't work, and that would likely affect my relationships. And beyond that, I think it'd be funny thinking of a friend you call to get their form, and then right when you hang up their partner says bye to you (happens all the time, for me), and then you turn into them instead.
