    I don't know if you would enjoy the whole series, but the episode "New Earth" has at least three cases of body swapping, and it handles them quite well.

      Oh I've seen New Earth like... 50 times. One of my favorite F2F swaps ever!
      Though I still have (almost) no clue about Doctor Who, Lol.
