She's not very overweight, but she is. Definetely not average. Overweight is having more body fat than is optimally healthy, and that's the case with that girl, as goodlooking as she still is.
1- Find a picture 2- Open it in any image editing software, even MS Paint will work 3- Expand picture frame to the right 4- Fill new empty space with whatever color you want 5- Add text box in empty space 6- Write caption
