The Real Me

Brad from The Swapping Grounds gave me another picture

for a picture trade (the picture from Part 2). Little did he (or I)

know, but that picture spoke so much to me... so much, that I 

actually saw myself in the picture--well, to those who are 

into the "real you" caps, I mean that it spoke to the way I

felt the "real" me looked, if I could choose. So... I ended up

writing a caption getting at that!

But with that I wanted to make a call for people interested

in giving ONE picture of a person who they also think fits the

"real" them. I want to add this type of request to my Rolodex,

where you basically just give me a picture and tell me why

you think that picture fits the real you--whatever the reason.

You can email me if you're interested.

In the meantime, I'll share the below with you so you all

can get a sense of the way I would want to look if 

I had the choice... (which is apparently a skinny, pretty

model, but I swear it's more nuanced than that!)

" ...small things start changing in their lives. People calling the main character by the wrong name. Wrong clothes appearing in the closet. Appointments changing to things they were never involved with before. People ridiculing the main character for things she never did. Slowly but surely it becomes clear that the discontent person is actually swapping them around. And it won't be long before they swap bodies too now. Perhaps that is already slowly happening too.

The main character pleads with them to stop this swap, but they refuse to do so. There's nothing to do but wait for the inevitable."

"I’ve felt for as long as I could remember I was born the wrong gender. I always have felt I should be female. I guess what’s a little different about me if I would still like to be with a female. The idea of body swaps and the like are my escape. I guess Ive kinda always felt that was the only shot I had at being a total woman amd being with one. I love the lesbian style caps where a guy swaps with a woman and then is with a woman. Maybe thats why I like role exchanger caps best because in the type senario you can have your body changed but mind unaltered. 

Maybe a cap clould be made where a guy role exchanges with a girls body and then gets a girlfriend."

Impending Shift

I was really excited for a mainstream comic that had 

used the idea of basically an "impending Great Shift"

as a villain's plot for making a more egalitarian society.

How cool an idea to focus on what happens before

the Shift! And then they'd end up doing it after and we'd

get a sense of how it all worked out?

Nope. They didn't end up doing the Great Shift in the end...

That bummed me out. So I decided I'd try to cook up

some random assorted caps getting at this in their own

unique ways. As with a lot of my ideas, I have no idea

if I'll keep going with these, but here's a few!
