Original Costume Gun has the suits give a wearer all the skin's memories and abilities so this wouldn't happen. The guy who wrote the original stories about it never gave an official set of rules, though, and now he says he won't, he's done with it. But wearing a cosplayer and being so completely ignorant is a good shtick, I must say.
