Cool pic and story. If I were to build on it, I'd have Kourtney, become more and more demanding of Jake. She'd force him to switch for longer and longer shoots. All the while helping him to assume her life so he deosn't "mess" anything up. She's just focused on the cash coming in.
Meanwhile he's loving every second he spends in her body. Then at some point Kourtney realizes it's been months since she was in her own body and that Jake at her urging, demanding, and pushing has assumed her life. She tries to get him to swap back but he refuses and points out how she has paid no attention to his life and he isn't going back to a job flipping burgers for minimum wage.
