Each swap was always between two bodies: Albert's, and whoever was featured on the cap. After he swapped again to a different person, they were returned to their original bodies.
Thanks for writing, I do feel a little sorry for Danielle though, since she got shifted into his original male body which by now is several years older and will probably pass away before another shift.
