Lol, good question-- Sadly, in this cap the new Lisa has so much trouble keeping up her hard job that she ends up failing it. The people were easy to fool though; they just thought she was going through some terrible phase.
As for the old Lisa, she'll actually eventually get used to being a teenage white girl. And soon, she'll feel like that's who she always was.
