Katherine visits her old body whenever her family visits her. She doesn't gloat per se, but she can't help but feel good when she sees where, or rather, who she could have been, sometimes letting out a smile.
As for the boys, she's actually not doing too badly. Sure she's more mature than her "friends", but some boys actually like occasionally being called "sonny" and whatnot. Lol
