He was a fat twenty something guy who is tired of being fat and the joke of everyone, and she was a sad old lady who is affraid of is age and the prespective of being dead soon or lather. Both of them prefer the life of the other. Some month latter the grandson (now the grandmother) regrets his choice while his grandmother (now grandson) is having the time of his life being now younger and even lost some weight.
