As for Rose she was going to be stuck in her brothers girlfriends body a lot longer than the evening party you see Aunt Natalie loved her nieces body and wanted to be young and sexy again she said her goodbyes and took off staying in Roses body so Rose had to chose to stay the flat chested girlfriend or to become the old Aunt. With her brothers girlfriend now wearing her brother, Rose decided to give it a try and went home with the girlfriend. They had sex and Rose and the girlfriend stayed a couple Rose becoming pregnant and after the baby was born had a sexier body than the one she lost. The Brother had had a thing for his older Aunt so that worked out for him as the Aunt.
